Governance
Members
The CEDAC is governed by its members. They include the following:
- Regular members (professors in Université Laval’s Faculty of Law);
- Student members (researchers at the MA and PhD levels);
- Associate members (professionals who teach and conduct research in connection with CEDAC’s activities);
- Honorary members (retired and emeritus professors).
CEDAC members participate in its governance, in particular through the General Assembly, the graduate students’ committee and the administrative and constitutional law students’ group, namely, the Groupe étudiant en droit administratif et constitutionnel (GEDAC).
Students
Graduate students supervised by the CEDAC’s regular professors are automatically members of the CEDAC. They are directly involved in its management, either through the organization of events or through the graduate students’ committee competition.
Designed first and foremost as a framework for training young researchers, the CEDAC collaborates actively with the Groupe étudiant en droit administratif et constitutionnel (GEDAC), which is made up of undergraduate students interested in its activities and wishing to get involved.
Students and future students who would like to know more or get more involved in the CEDAC’s activities and organization are invited to express their interest by writing to the following address: cedac@fd.ulaval.ca.
